Anchor
Keep the task you meant to do visible while you move between the apps needed to finish it.
Private beta · Android
Pillor holds onto the reason you opened your phone—then gently brings you back when another app pulls you off course.
Chrome · Google Docs · Drive
The problem
You open it for one reason. A notification, search, message, or scroll quietly replaces that reason. Pillor keeps the original thread within reach.
Keep the task you meant to do visible while you move between the apps needed to finish it.
Take an intentional detour without losing the main thread you need to return to.
Capture a thought for later instead of letting it pull you away right now.
Choose the apps that belong to the task. Moving within that workspace does not count as wandering.
A return, not a reprimand
Pillor does not block your phone or punish distraction. It shows the Anchor you chose and gives you a clear way back.
Two ways to speak
Side Quest · Parking Lot · Return to App
Quick Quest · Save for Later · Take Me Back
Built with restraint
Anchor, Side Quest, Parking Lot, and selected Work Apps stay in Pillor’s private local storage.
The private beta does not include ads or task/app activity analytics.
Pillor uses app and window changes for drift reminders and is configured not to retrieve screen content.
Pillor Labs school project
A browser-based model for coordinating AM arrivals, PM dismissal, bus order, PDA attendance, front-door updates, and administrative records. It uses fictional demonstration information only.
